We are back at Shawnee Mission birthing center. They have Carrie hooked up to some monitors for her and the baby. We hoped that she would be farther along than she is, but none of our kids have come particularly fast.
So, tonight we sit and wait. Probably not going to be any exciting news until tomorrow, but I will put a note on facebook and on here if something unexpected occurs. We are just watching the Royals.
We have been joking with our kids for months that we will name the baby "Ned", "Salvador", "Moose", and "Cosmer"(Lauren's pronunciation of Hosmer). The Royals are an oddly large part of our family, and it is fitting that we will spend tonight just relaxing, watching the game, waiting.

I am so excited! I hope I wake up to news of the newest John boy. One thing that I am the most excited for is pictures of LoJo meeting the baby. She is so adorable with babies.
Good luck! I think waiting is one of the worst parts of labor.
I thought I'd check to see if there were any more updates, but either things are too exciting to be posting or just still nothing new to report. Good luck, and we're praying for you guys!! :)
