Pretty much the only time I give my kids juice is when we are away from home. I take it with us to motivate the kids to behave (I know, I'm bribing them). It's hard to tell which kid loves juice more: the one who downed his in under a minute, or the one who squirted over half the liquid on herself in excitement. The juice box label says each box provides 1/4 serving of vegetables (one-fourth of one serving), so it's basically like I bribed them with a carrot.
